Please note:
Many who order our meat-completer products are introducing homemade food to their pets for the first time. While most pets enjoy the taste of food made with our product, we cannot guarantee that your pet will like it. For many, it is more about learning that the new, homemade food IS food. We provide many educational and information resources on our website to help ensure your pet's successful transition to the new food. If you are unsure your pet will like it, please start with a trial-size packet and introduce it slowly as per included instructions.
Please note:
- Unopened, intact shipping packages can be returned for a refund of the product cost or otherwise at our discretion.
- Unopened EZComplete packets can be returned for a refund of the product cost or exchanged.
- Opened products may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note, it is not the standard of the Pet Food Premix Industry to accept returns of opened product as trial packets are available prior to purchase of larger size containers.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect.
- Damaged product will be refunded or replaced out our discretion: photos are required. Please take a picture of any damage to the product bags and if the damage is a clear result of shipping because the box or envelope is also damaged, please include pictures of the damaged packaging.
