The production of our inventory restock has been delayed about four months due to avian flu and its impact on availability of the egg yolk. As a result, everyone is on allocation. The goal is to have ALL kitties already eating food made with EZComplete - especially if full time - make it through to the inventory delivery. We had only general estimates until now. We will most likely take delivery of the product on or about July 9. If you have never placed an order before (or just the trial packet) your order will simply be canceled. Sales will open again when new stock is delivered. The goal is to ensure all kitties already eating EZComplete have no disruption to their normal food supply.
-Existing customers that were already purchasing 225g bags will be shipped the order, though depending on the number of bags in relation to purchase history, we may reach out to discuss current need through delivery of the inventory. INCLUDE YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER if you live in an apartment building/condo. Almost all packages without apartment numbers are being returned to us as "insufficient address." Put the apartment number on the second address line, please. Thank you.
