The egg yolk ingredient was delayed due to avian flu. It has been delivered, now it is just the standard testing, mixing and bagging process. We expect delivery of new stock in June, several months later than anticipated. As a result, everyone is on allocation as the goal is to have ALL kitties eating food made with EZComplete - especially if full time - to make it through to the inventory delivery. We appreciate people limiting orders to need. I am happy to provide a unique, one-time use discount code for the purchase of less than 4 packets if you NORMALLY order 4 or more so that the smaller order does not cost you more to place now, and you can place your normal order after delivery of the product.
HOW THE ALLOCATION WORKS:

IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US, we will ship either based on order pattern OR we will ship two now and two on delivery of the new stock expected 3rd or 4th week of June. If you can self-limit because you use one or two per month (for example) you can either place the order and I ship two now and two later OR you're welcome to reach out for a discount code a discussed above and you can place an order for as much as you like on delivery of the inventory.
