Return Policy
There are many factors that can affect acceptance of and wellness with a new food, which is why we do not accept returns of open product. Many who order our meat-completer products are introducing homemade food to their pets for the first time. While most pets enjoy the taste of food made with our premixes, and do well with the human grade ingredients with which they're made, we cannot guarantee that your pets will like the food, as it is with any new food (for many, it is more about learning that the new, homemade food IS food, and we provide many educational and informational resources on our website to help ensure your pet's successful transition to the new food). Also, many people transition their pets because they are not thriving on other foods that have been fed. Despite being human grade, ingredients in the premixes may trigger your pet if there are allergies or sensitivities to any of the ingredients. Food made with EZComplete is not consistent with a food elimination trial.
For international customers, if you opt to return the product rather than pay additional customs, VAT, or additional shipping fees charged by your local carrier, we will refund your money less any shipping fees we are charged for the product's return on the condition that the product arrive intact, in condition for resale.
