Domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which is typically a 1 to 3 day delivery time. We ship packages typically within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an automatic ship notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this within 1 to 2 days, please add [email protected] to your contact list if using Google's gmail, or mark Food Fur Life as a safe sender (even if you received the order confirmation) with your email provider and THEN reach out to us via contact form or at [email protected] to request your tracking number. Often you will not receive our replies if you did not receive the tracking email. If you do not have secure delivery, you can provide alternate delivery instructions with the USPS online using the tracking number. USPS also has free customer accounts and an Informed Delivery service to help ensure you receive your packages. *These are delivery estimates as provided by the U.S. Postal service, they are not guaranteed, there are many reasons for potential delays and delays should be expected especially during high traffic times around many holidays (notably the end of October through December, though depending on volumes, we have seen the problem run into January). Further, packages are sometimes stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. If stopped for inspection or held by customs for any reason, there will likely be a delay in the timely delivery of your package. The tracking information provided by the USPS customs form tracks the package as far as customs, but we cannot guarantee the package will be tracked after that, it depends on your national country carrier. Your package is usually delivered by local mail carrier of the final destination. You may be charged a handling fee for the shipment by them to you (along with VAT or other import taxes, duties or fees).
Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties?
We do not collect duties or taxes during checkout, you will be responsible for paying them if required.
It is important to understand that you may be charged duties and taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package. These duty and tax laws vary greatly from country to country, so it’s best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay any duties or taxes charged when accepting the package, if it is returned to us intact and in condition for resale we will refund you the full amount of the product cost minus shipping and (including the cost of return shipping if applicable). The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package.
What if My Package is Damaged or Doesn’t Make it Through Customs?
If your Customs officials decide that your package cannot enter your country, if it is returned to us intact and in condition for resale without any additional fees, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product less the cost of shipping. If there are fees, you will be refunded for the product (not including shipping) and refunded the difference between the cost of the product and the fees. If the cost of return is more than the value of the product, your package will be "abandoned" and there will be no refund. It is your responsibility to know if EZComplete and its ingredients are allowed into your country with no license or certificates. Any refund applicable will be issued upon receipt of the returned package.
If your package is damaged during shipping or if it is opened and inspected by your country's customs officials, Food Fur Life cannot be held responsible. This is a risk in international shipping. By ordering the product for import, this is a risk you take and no refund will be provided
