It is VERY important to note that receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee you are receiving all emails from Food Fur Life).
If you do not have secure delivery, you can provide alternate delivery instructions with the USPS online using the tracking number. USPS also has free customer accounts and an Informed Delivery service to help ensure you receive your packages. *Packages are sometimes stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. If stopped for inspection or held by customs for any reason, there may be a delay in the timely delivery of your package. The tracking information provided by the USPS customs form tracks the package as far as customs, but we cannot guarantee the package will be tracked after that. Your package is usually delivered by local mail carrier of the final destination. You may be charged a handling fee for the shipment by them to you.
Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties?

What if My Package Doesn’t Make it Through Customs?

If your Customs officials decide that your package cannot enter your country, if it is returned to us intact and in condition for resale, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product less the cost of shipping, and any charges for return shipping that may be applied. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package.
